Gippsland MTB 2013 Sponsorship Packages

Overview:
Gippsland MTB has been running events in the Gippsland region since 2008 and has a strong competition base with a reputation for holding very well run events. For the 2013 year we are revising our sponsorship model to move to a more event focused sponsorship package system to allow smaller local businesses to take more advantage of our membership base for promotion.
With this in mind, we are targeting our local bike shops to work on cross promotion throughout the year. We will only allow one sponsor for each event to ensure sole access to competitor base for each event. You will be free to offer demo bikes, offer mechanical assistance, sell merchandise or even just enjoy the event. The choice will be yours as to how you take advantage of your event.
The current club race calendar for 2013 is shown below for you to select which events you’d be interested in sponsoring. However, state series events are not available under this package system and will be offered separately at a later date.

Event Allocation:
- Multiple events can be applied for
- Every application should be given at least one event
- Preference is given to local bike shops for each event
- No maximum number of events
What You Get:
- Full naming rights to event
- Sole bike shop at event
- Option to run demo bikes at event
- Offer mechanical assistance to competitors
- Option to present trophies to competitors
- GMTB Website & Facebook page promotion of shop in the lead up to event
- Logo on club website for year with link to your website
Costs Per Event:
- Cash Sponsorship: $250
- Product Sponsorship: $250
